Can you travel with the RV fridge on?

Yes you can use your RV fridge on the propane setting while traveling down the road to keep food cold and food frozen.

However you shouldn't have to keep the fridge running while going down the road as after you get the refrigerator cold enough you could put some ice such as dry ice inside the RV fridge while it's traveling down the road to keep the food cold enough until you get to where you're going.

The fridge should also keep the food cold enough while traveling down the road until you get to where you're going as long as you leave the door closed.

The RV fridge however will operate while going down the road on propane but there are some safety risks involved and you should have the propane turned off to the RV fridge when you're refueling your RV with gasoline or diesel to prevent the possibility of an explosion.
