Wearing bulky diapers does make it a bit harder to walk normally and you may waddle like a duck would when wearing bulky adult diapers.
At first when I started walking in bulky diapers I would do my best to walk in a normal manner but eventually I realized that nobody really notices or cares how you walk when wearing the diapers and nobody is unlikely to even notice you're wearing the diaper at all.
As you wet the diaper and fill up the diaper the adult diaper will get even more saggy and bulky which makes it harder to walk normally.
I still wear bulky thick adult diapers in public and nobody has said anything to me and now I don't care if they notice.
The thicker bulky diapers hold more pee as well so I don't have to change as often.
