You can wear your wedding ring to bed if you want too but I find it uncomfortable to wear my wedding ring to bed so I take the wedding ring off before bed.
I actually remove the wedding ring before taking a shower for the night so the wedding ring is already off well before I go to bed for the night.
I used to sleep with my wedding ring on my finger but I found it uncomfortable and couldn't get as good of sleep with it on my finger so I started removing the wedding ring before bed and I sleep much better.
My husband also removes his wedding ring before bed as well although my mom sleeps with her wedding ring on and my dad does as well.
So it's all a personal preference as to whether you want to sleep with the wedding ring on your finger or not.
You can remove your wedding ring at anytime you want too and you are not obligated to wear a wedding ring at all.
