Yes it's possible to recharge alkaline batteries even if they are considered non rechargeable.
I have placed non rechargeable alkaline batteries into a battery charger before and they charged up just fine and I was able to reuse them a few more times before they went bad.
Just be aware that if you place non rechargeable batteries in a battery charger that they can overheat and burst open or possibly explode so you need to check on the non rechargeable batteries often.
If they begin to get hot then you should remove the batteries from the battery charger to prevent them from overheating and exploding.
It's not recommended to recharge non rechargeable batteries because the risks involved but some batteries that are non rechargeable will recharge but do so at your own risk.
