I've never had to gap any Autolite spark plugs when I bought them for my vehicle so yes Autolite spark plugs do come already gapped from the factory and you usually do not need to set the gap on the spark plugs.
But it's a good idea to check the gap on the Autolite spark plugs just to make sure they are properly gapped for your vehicles engine.
Under your hood there should be a sticker that says what the gap settings of your spark plugs should be and you can use a cheap spark plug gap tool to check and set the gap which is pretty easy to do.
I always check the gap of the spark plugs just in case but I've never had to gap any spark plugs especially the Autolite spark plugs.
