If a dog eats part of a money tree they might get an upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting etc.

But other than that the money tree is not poisonous to dogs or cats and is okay if ingested and will not cause your dog or cat to die other than getting a bit ill from eating part of the money plant.

Still you should try and keep the dog and cats away from money trees to avoid them ingesting any part of it because it can make them sick.

But if the dog or cat ingests part of the money tree then you don't need to seek medical attention for the dog and can just let the dog recover on it's own.

The dog may have the upset stomach or diarrhea and possible vomiting for a few days to a week but the dog or cat should recover from it after a week or so.
