Neosporin can be used on any part of the body and skin which it's made for.

If you want to use some Neosporin in your belly button you can do so safely without any problem.

Just be aware that some people may have an allergic skin reaction to Neosporin but I have used Neosporin in my belly button before when I had a belly button piercing infection.

You can also use other fungal cream or antibacterial cream or use some hydrogen peroxide in your belly button as well which will also work to kill off bacteria and help heal infections in the belly button.

If you have infections of the belly button you should keep the belly button clean by using some hydrogen peroxide and a cotton swab to help keep the belly button clean.
