Since dental implants are considered to be a cosmetic procedure and not a medical necessity most dental insurance and regular health insurance companies will not cover the cost of dental implants.

Some dental insurance companies may pay a portion of the dental implant procedure but the rest of the cost for the dental implants is up to you and comes out of your own pocket.

If you want dental implants then you'll need to either get a personal loan or save the money to pay for the dental implant procedure.

If you need a full set of dental implants the cost can range from $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 and sometimes higher depending on the dentist and the location you're in.

My mom got dental implants but she could not get any health insurance or dental insurance she had to pay for the dental implant procedure.

She had to get a personal loan to pay for the full set of dental implants and she paid $4,000.00 which included the surgery and the dental implants.

That was not too expensive but it still wasn't cheap.

She used to wear dentures but the dentures were making her gag and she hardly wore them but she said that the cost of the dental implants was well worth it.
