During the summer months or spring when it's warmer outside and I don't have to heat my house up in the winter to stay warm I will sleep in the nude or without any clothes on.
I find that when I sleep without clothes I sleep much better and fall asleep faster as well.
I hate having clothes on when I sleep and when at home during the day I will just wear my boxers and nothing else which is more comfortable for me.
I dread putting on clothes when I need to go out of the house to do something because clothes feel so restricting to me.
It's been shown in studies that sleeping without clothes is much healthier for you than sleeping with clothes on and you should fall asleep faster and stay asleep and wake up refreshed without the need to take any sleeping pills.
I would highly recommend you try sleeping without clothes or at least with just your boxers or panties and you should get better sleep as a result.
