Pooping out part of your intestines is possible but very unlikely.
The other organs in your body could not be pooped out no matter how hard you tried to poop them out.
But in some rare cases people have pooped out part of their intestines and then required medical treatment and possible surgery to put the intestines back into their body.
But that only happens rarely and usually 1 in every 40,000 to 50,000 people have pooped out part of their intestines when pooping.
You'd have to have something wrong with your intestines already and be really straining to poop to get your intestines to come out.
You would not be able to poop your entire intestines out of your anus though so no need to worry about that.
My dad once pooped out part of his intestines and it scared him and he went to the hospital and they said it's rare that it happens but they did surgery to put the intestine back into my dad's body and he never had it happen again.
