Yes straining to poop can lead to strokes and brain bleeding so it's possible to actually die as a result of straining to poop to hard.

So avoid straining yourself to poop and if you're struggling to poop then you need to use some laxatives or wait awhile and try again.

I've heard of a few people getting a brain aneurysm or brain bleeding after straining too hard to poop and that can also lead to stroke and death if not treated in time.

So if you need to poop and are having a hard time pooping you should avoid straining too hard because a few people have gone into the emergency room due to having an aneurysm that happened soon after straining to poop or even after having sex.

So according to some doctors and surgeons it's possible to get a brain aneurysm from straining to poop or have a bowel movement.

I can feel pressure on my own brain and get a slight headache after straining somewhat to poop.

If I start feeling a bit of pressure on my brain when straining to poop I stop straining and wait for awhile to try again to have the bowel movement.

If you're straining to poop then it could be caused by constipation and you would need to take some laxatives or drink some prune juice etc to help get your stools softened and help get your bowels moving.

If you were to strain to poop too hard then it could eventually lead to stroke by leading to brain bleed.

So you should avoid straining too much to poop and if you have to strain to poop then you may be constipated or have an impacted stool that needs to be corrected.
