Rabbit poop or rabbit droppings can contain parasites if the rabbit is infected with those parasites.

But the good news is that the parasites that rabbit droppings or rabbit poop can contain cannot infect a dog so the dog should not get sick from eating any rabbit droppings or rabbit poop although they should not be allowed to eat any rabbit droppings or rabbit poop anyway because it's gross.

Rabbits can however contain parasites that can infect your dog and potentially kill your dog if the dog kills the rabbit and eats the whole rabbit.

So do not let your dog eat rabbits and if they kill a rabbit you should try to take the dead rabbit away from them to prevent the dog from potentially becoming sick.

But rabbit droppings should not harm your dog but you shouldn't allow them to eat the rabbit poop anyway.
