No you usually will not feel anything when a bed bug bites you because when a bed bug bites you they inject a numbing agent into your body that helps stop the pain and helps your blood flow freely.

I was bitten by a bed bug before and I asked the exterminator why I hadn't felt anything when the bed bug did bite me.

He said that they inject that numbing agent just like a numbing shot that a dentist can give you which is amazing.

I learned something new when I asked the exterminator that.

So you may not feel anything and still get bitten by bed bugs so be sure to check your back and other parts of your body for bed bug bites and if you do notice bed bug bites you should get an exterminator in to get rid of the bed bugs.

Or at least use some bed bug fogger or bed bug spray and shake out any clothing and wash them before wearing them.

The numbing agent that the bed bugs inject into your body to stop the pain is through the bed bugs saliva that contains an anesthetic (a numbing chemical) and an anti-clotting agent so your blood will flow freely.
