When you have a head cold or other cold virus there are 5 stages to the cold or head cold.
Those 5 stages of the head cold or colds are.
Onset of the cold after 1 to 3 days of coming into contact with the cold virus you can begin to feel symptoms of the cold or head cold such as mild fatigue, runny or stuffy nose, and a sore throat.
Then the cold progresses during stage 2 and then it peaks during stage 3 and by stage 4 you're in remission and stage 5 of the head cold is the last stage of the cold and during stage 5 of the cold you should be in recovery.
During a head cold you may have a headache, sore throat, chills or low grade fever, running nose or congestion, fatigue, body aches and even coughing.
When you have a head cold you can take some aspirin or other pain relievers to help with any headaches you may during your head cold.
Then get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids including juices that contain Vitamin C such as Orange Juice and within a week or 10 days you should be done with the head cold and should be feeling better.
If the head cold gets worse or doesn't go away within 10 days then you might want to see a doctor about it.
But if it's just a standard head cold then there's not much a doctor can do about it.
