When you have endometrial cancer there is sometimes unexplained pain with the endometrial cancer but not always.

A few other symptoms of endometrial cancer besides the unexplained pain are fatigue, and a heaviness in your pelvic area.

The pain with endometrial cancer can occur in the pelvic area or less commonly, during sexual intercourse with your partner.

You might also experience difficulty emptying your bladder or even have painful urination when you have endometrial cancer.

If you do experience any of those symptoms and think you might have endometrial cancer you should see a doctor as soon as possible or go to urgent care or the emergency room to get tested and find out for sure.

You might also experience vaginal bleeding after menopause and bleeding between periods which is also a symptom of endometrial or uterine cancer.

Surgery is usually the treatment to get rid of and cure endometrial or uterine cancer and the surgeon will remove the uterus.

Advanced cases of uterine cancer may need chemotherapy or radiation for treatment.
