Yes having brown discharge from your vagina that occurs suddenly can sometimes be a sign of uterine cancer so if you're having brown discharge from your vagina you should see a doctor about it and get tested for uterine cancer.
While brown discharge can sometimes be a sign of uterine cancer you will usually have vaginal bleeding when you have uterine cancer.
So if you're not bleeding from the vagina but are having brown discharge then it may or may not be uterine cancer.
