Being a Narcissistic person is where you have a mental condition in which the person has an inflated sense of their own importance which is a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.

A narcissistic is a personality disorder.

Some signs that a person is a narcissistic are.

Grandiose sense of self-importance, frequently demeans, intimidates, bullies, or belittles others, exploits others without guilt or shame, sense of entitlement, the person needs constant praise and admiration, lives in a fantasy world that supports their delusions of grandeur.

Some possible causes of narcissism are abuse, trauma, extremely high expectations, excessive criticism, unpredictable or negligent care, insensitive parenting and also over praising and excessive pampering.

When parents focus intensely on a particular talent or the physical appearance of their child as a result of their own self esteem issues.
