Yes any dog including a healthy dog could carry parvo and any healthy dog can catch parvo from another dog as well.

Parvo is highly contagious to other dogs so if your dog is healthy and gets near a dog that has Parvo then it has a high chance of catching the Parvo from that infected dog.

So it's possible for your dog to go to the vet and if a dog there happens to have Parvo then the healthy dog can catch the Parvo from that dog.

Parvo is very contagious especially to puppies not yet fully vaccinated or dogs with weak immune systems but even a healthy dog can catch the Parvo.

The good news is though that humans cannot get Parvo from dogs so you are safe to be around your dog when they have Parvo.

Just avoid getting your dog near other dogs with Parvo and get your dog vaccinated and protected from the Parvo virus.

Parvo is a deadly thing when left untreated and even when treated the dog can still die.
