The cold weather can and does affect bones and joints and can cause your joints and bones to feel more pain than on warmer days.

The way the cold weather causes your bones and joints to hurt more is because during cold weather the barometric pressure changes.

That change in barometric pressure causes swelling of your joints and inflammation which then leads to pain in the bones and joints.

I do know that when the warm weather is around like now my joints and bones hurt less but when the cold weather comes my bones and joints tend to hurt more.

Also when it's cold your body has lower blood flow which also leads to bone and joint pain.

So it's normal for joint and bones to hurt more during cold weather than it is when the weather is warmer.
