Getting approved for a Barclaycard credit card is not very hard but it can be a bit harder to get approved for a Barclaycard than it is to get approved for some other credit cards.
In my experience it takes between a 650 to 700 or higher credit score to get approved for a Barclaycard.
I got approved for my Barclaycard when my credit score was only 650 and now my credit score is higher than 700 so it makes it even easier to get approved for other credit cards and other loans as well.
If your credit score is too low then you can apply for a secured credit card through Capital One and put up a deposit and then you'll be approved for the credit card.
Then use the secured credit card like normal and pay back the money owed on time and then your credit score will go up overtime.
Then after a year or so you get the deposit back on your secured credit card.
