Yes eating cayenne pepper can help to lower your blood pressure naturally without the use of medicines.

The cayenne pepper helps to increase your blood flow and open up your blood vessels as well which helps to decrease your blood pressure levels to normal.

If you want to lower your blood pressure using cayenne pepper you can either eat a bit of cayenne pepper or add some cayenne pepper to some water and honey.

Take a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper and add the cayenne pepper into a glass of warm water and honey each morning and drink it.

Then your blood pressure should start lowering overnight which it has for me.

You can also use apple cider vinegar to help lower your blood pressure.

Sometimes you may still need to use and take some prescription blood pressure medicine if your blood pressure gets too high and can't be lowered naturally.
