Is it okay to eat hot sauce when on a diet?

Hot Sauce and Jalapeno Peppers as well as any other hot and spicy foods are good to eat when you're on a diet and trying to lose weight.

The hot sauce, Jalapeno Peppers and many other hot and spicy foods contain an ingredient called capsaicin which can temporarily increase your metabolic rate.

When your metabolic rate increases your body burns off more calories so by eating some hot sauce on your food or other spicy foods or even Jalapenos you can lose more weight quickly.

Just watch your calorie intake when eating on a diet but the hot sauce and hot foods can contribute to speed up the weight loss.

I love hot and spicy foods in moderation and I would add some hot sauce and hot peppers to my foods when I ate them on a diet and I still lost weight.
