Yes sociopaths can and do sometimes feel love.
Just because someone is a sociopath it doesn't meant that they don't love other people and feel love from their family or other people.
Sociopaths may hate certain people or things and want to harm those people because of the hate and then the sociopath can love their family or certain people of their family.
If someone is a sociopath they can be helped somewhat but there's no medicine that can be given to the sociopath to help change their thoughts.
Although therapy can sometimes help a sociopath and possibly prevent them from doing something bad but there's no guarantee.
