Yes Dr Bronner soap is considered to be a soap that disinfects.

However Dr Bronner's Soap may not kill all germs that some other disinfectants will kill so you may need to use other disinfectants to kill more germs such as during cold and flu season.

But Dr Bronner's Soap advertises that it does do some disinfecting so you should kill some germs when using the soap.

The soap also may not remove the germs however they will be killed using the soap.

If you're still worried and want to kill and remove germs you should also use some bleach after using the Dr Bronner Soap to make sure the germs and bacteria are killed off.

I use Clorox Disinfecting wipes during cold and flu season to wipe down everything that is touched to prevent the spread of germs and they work great.
