Yes you can use Castile Soap for Eczema and although it may not get rid of your Eczema it can help prevent future Eczema breakouts by helping keep your skins pores unclogged and your skin clean.

Castile Soap is one of the best all natural soaps that contain no harsh chemicals or other ingredients such as lard and animal fat and it's usually made using 100 percent olive oil but some Castile Soap may contain a bit of coconut oil as well.

Castile Soap is made using all natural plant oils and not made from a bunch of harsh chemicals like some other soaps are made with.

This makes the Castile Soap great for people with sensitive skin and good for children as well because children also have more sensitive skin than some adults do.

A lot of other soaps are made using lard, tallow, or other animal fats but Castile Soap doesn't contain any of the lard, tallow, or other animal fats.

Most Castile Soap uses 100% olive oil which is a natural plan oil and makes it healthier for your skin and hair than other soaps.

Some Castile Soap may also be made with the olive oil but have a bit of coconut oil added into it.

Castile Soap is an all natural chemical free soap without all the animal fat, lard etc that other soaps contain and you can easily make Castile Soap at home if you have some olive oil and the time to figure it out.
