In most cases uterine cancer is indeed a slow growing cancer and sometimes the uterine cancer may not spread at all from where it started.

However sometimes the uterine cancer if severe enough may eventually spread but usually it takes a year or longer for the uterine cancer to spread too far.

The fastest growing and most serious growing uterine cancer types are carcinomas and clear cell carcinomas uterine cancer.

Uterine Cancer can usually be treated and cured if you get treated in time before it gets too bad.

If the uterine cancer is left untreated and spreads then the uterine cancer will usually spread to places such as  the bladder, rectum, or it can also spread to the vagina, fallopian tubes and ovaries.

Some symptoms that uterine cancer has progressed are an enlarged uterus, difficult or painful urination, vaginal discharge that may range from pink and watery to thick, brown, and foul smelling and bnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge, which happens in around nine out of 10 women with endometrial cancer.
