Needing to pee all the time could be as simple as just drinking more fluids and then again if you constantly need to pee all the time then it could be a medical condition.
Some medical conditions that can cause the urge to pee all the time are UTI "Urinary Tract Infection" or an overactive bladder.
I would get to the doctor to have your urine checked out in case it's a Urinary Tract Infection which can be treated with antibiotics.
If it's overactive bladder then you can treat the overactive bladder by taking some medicine that your doctor can prescribe to you.
If you have a Urinary Tract Infection then you'll usually have pain during urination but sometimes you still may have a UTI even without pain.
If you leak urine then you could also have a bladder infection or like I mentioned before an overactive bladder.
