Yes cockapoos do tolerate being alone okay.

However just like many other dog breeds cockapoos can and do suffer from separation anxiety so it can take some time before the cockapoo is used to being alone.

The cockapoo may whine or bark for awhile when you leave it alone for the first time and for awhile after you leave the dog alone.

Eventually the cockapoo will get used to being alone and will stop whining or barking when alone.

However I've known a few Cockapoos that hated being alone and would never get used to being left alone and would whine and bark until the owners came back.

You might want to get another dog of the same gender or of the separate gender as long as they have been spayed or neutered.
