Yes dogs can eat bread.
No harm will be done to your dog if you give them some bread and just like the bread is healthy for you the bread is healthy for dogs as well.
Dogs can eat a lot of food that humans eat without getting health issues or other harm even though some vets will lead you to believe otherwise.
Just be aware that some dogs may have allergies to the wheat in the bread and if so then don't feed the dog the bread but the majority of dogs do not have the allergies to the wheat in the bread and can eat it safely.
You can feed the dog some bread in moderation but too much bread could cause the dog to develop and upset stomach or digestive issues.
But other than that the bread is okay and safe for your dog to eat.
