Yes doing Intermittent Fasting is effective to help cleanse your body and help with weight loss.
I did intermittent Fasting for a year and lost over 100 lbs of weight when I was overweight.
I also exercised daily as in using a treadmill on some days and taking a walk around town or going jogging for 15 to 20 minutes per day.
