Chime Bank Card can be reloaded with cash at around 60,000 retail locations that offer Green Dot services.
If the location has Green Dot reloading of money then that location can reload your Chime Bank account card with a fee.
So you will need to pay a fee to reload the chime bank account card at retail locations who offer Green Dot Services.
You can also have your money or paycheck direct deposited onto the chime card through your employer just like they would send your paycheck to your regular bank account they can send the paycheck direct deposited to your chime card.
You can usually get your paycheck direct deposited to your chime card and have it available within 2 to 3 days.
I love my chime card and would not go back to a regular bank account because I do not write checks anymore so I don't need them.
The chime bank account card saves me money in check fees and other banking fees.
