A hotel is pretty profitable as long as the hotel is in a good heavily trafficked location where you could get a lot of hotel guests.

If your hotel is in a small town where you don't have many people traveling through then the hotel may only see one or two guests per month.

That would not be very profitable at all.

But if you have the hotel in a very popular location where a lot of people travel through such as on an interstate then you would probably have most if not all the rooms filled constantly.

Most hotel owners make between $50,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year as profit for them after they pay for the hotel expenses, staff etc.

So running a hotel can be pretty profitable and around the same amount of income or even sometimes more income than a regular job working for someone else.
