The English mastiff dog breed is a good natured dog and does get along good with kids and family as long as you treat the English mastiff with love and they'll show love back to you and your family.

The English mastiff is a big dog breed so be prepared to have a lot of space for it and have the money to spend on dog food for the dog.

An English mastiff will usually eat a lot of dog food and you could easily spend $100.00 or more per month of dog food alone for the dog.

The dog breed English mastiff is also very protective of family if it sees strangers and will be very suspicious of strangers.

They don't bark as much as other dogs but the English mastiff will bark when needed and will protect it's family.
