I've heard and read in a men's health magazine before that eating Okra can cause a low sperm count and lead to possible infertility in men.
But I eat a lot of okra and continued to eat okra during the time I got my wife pregnant and I have 5 children so I would say that no the okra cannot cause you to become infertile or lower your sperm count.
If okra did cause a low sperm count and cause men to be infertile a lot of men would not be able to get woman pregnant because a lot of men who have children do eat okra a lot.
So I would not worry about eating the okra when trying to get a woman pregnant because I got my wife pregnant 5 times already and I ate okra during the time I was getting her pregnant and ate it a lot before that as well.
