If you constantly have thrush that is recurrent then it's likely caused by an overgrowth of Candida which is a type of yeast that our bodies naturally produce.

But your body could be overproducing too much of that naturally occurring yeast which is then causing the frequent thrush that keeps coming back.

Chronic and recurring thrush or yeast infections can happen in a woman's vagina which is an imbalance or variation in vaginal bacteria.

The naturally occurring bacteria normally helps to keep Candida from overgrowing but sometimes you may get recurring thrush.

If you do get recurring thrush then I would advise seeing a doctor who could prescribe you some ointment or other medicine to help with the recurring thrush.

Soaking in a warm bath of apple cider vinegar can also help with the thrush and yeast infections.
