If you keep getting dizzy and light headed you could have low blood pressure or hypotension.
Low blood pressure doesn't allow enough blood flow to your brain which can then lead to dizziness and light headed feeling.
So check your blood pressure to be sure it's not low and if your blood pressure is low then you need to try and get your blood pressure up to normal levels.
Also make sure you're eating properly because if you do not eat properly or are hungry your body can get weak and then lead to being light headed and dizzy.
You could also have Labyrinthitis which is inflammation of your inner ear and the nerves that connect the inner ear to the brain.
If you constantly get dizzy or lightheaded then you should go to the doctor or urgent care to get checked out because it could be something simple or serious.
