Drinking water with baking soda in moderation is okay for your health.
But you should not drink the baking soda and water everyday as then it could harm your health and lead to a heart attack.
If you suffer from acid reflux disease then drinking a glass of water with some baking soda is a good natural treatment and can provide for immediate relief from occasional acid reflux.
But if you have heart conditions then it's best to avoid drinking the water with baking soda unless you've spoken with your doctor first about it.
I have used baking soda and water before when I had indigestion and it does work but I would not drink it daily or very often because it doesn't taste very good.
However it's a great natural remedy for indigestion or acid reflux disease.
