The main difference between cleaning vinegar and regular vinegar is the percentage of acidity that the vinegar contains.
Regular vinegar contains around 5% acidity while cleaning vinegar contains 6% acidity which makes the cleaning vinegar a bit stronger than the regular vinegar and makes the cleaning vinegar clean a bit better than regular vinegar.
Cleaning vinegar is even more expensive than regular vinegar but you should not use cleaning vinegar for cooking or preparing food because it's not made for cooking or food safe.
You can use regular vinegar for cleaning and I find it does just as good as the cleaning vinegar does and is less expensive as well.
I tried cleaning vinegar and it worked a bit better but not good enough to justify the extra expense of the cleaning vinegar over the regular vinegar.
