A child's baby teeth begin to fall out at different ages depending on the child.

Most children usually have all their baby teeth in by age 3 and will usually keep all those baby teeth until around age 6 or 7 when they usually begin to fall out.

The lower center teeth usually fall out between ages 6 or 7 years old and after age 8 or 9 all the baby teeth are usually gone and the permanent teeth are either in or begin coming in.

By age 6 or 7 the baby teeth should begin falling out so you can expect your child to start losing baby teeth by age 6 or 7.

The teeth will naturally fall out on their own and there's no need to take the child to the dentist to remove the baby teeth.

My baby teeth started falling out at age 6 and my 6 year old sons teeth have begun to fall out and by age 8 or 9 his permanent teeth will probably be in fully and all his baby teeth should be lost.
