Walking is good for diabetes and can sometimes prevent the onset of diabetes and having lifestyle changes such as to your diet and staying active, eating healthy etc can help manage and prevent diabetes from happening.
But if you already have diabetes you will need medication from a doctor to treat and manage the diabetes.
If your diagnosed with diabetes and do not take the proper medicines such as pills or insulin then your diabetes can kill you within a few weeks to a month.
I wish there was a way to stop diabetes or treat diabetes without medicine but sadly there is not.
If you have type 1 diabetes your body cannot make the needed insulin and without that insulin, the body cannot regulate the amount of glucose in the blood.
This can lead to serious health issues and even death if left untreated.
Intermittent fasting is also good for treating and managing diabetes but speak with your doctor first to make sure it's a healthy option for you.
But other than that you will need exercise, healthy food and the insulin or other medicine to treat the diabetes.
