A 60 psi high oil pressure is a bit high but it's not too high to really be concerned about.
Sometimes my truck will show oil pressure of 60 to 70 psi every once in awhile and then eventually go back down to normal of 40 to 45 psi.
If your oil pressure starts reading 75 to 80 psi or above and doesn't go back down then it could be a bad oil pressure sensor or even a clogged oil filter.
Another cause is a faulty oil pressure relief valve.
But 60 psi is usually nothing to worry about but if it goes high than 75 or 80 PSI then I would get the oil and oil filter changed if it's been 3,000 or more miles.
And if that doesn't fix the problem and would have a mechanic check the vehicle out.
