When you store gasoline with stabilizer the gasoline with stabilizer additive will usually last up to 24 months.
If you store gasoline without the stabilizer it will only last from 30 to 90 days before turning bad losing it's octane rating.
I still would use any gasoline even with stabilizer within 1 year and then replenish the gasoline with more fresh gasoline for storage.
I keep some gasoline on hand in the event of a power outage for my generator and if I don't use it within a few months in the generator I then use it in my lawn mower or my car or truck and then refill the gasoline can with fresh gasoline and add some more stabilizer.
Then I repeat the process of using the gasoline before it gets too old.
