It depends where you got your education as accounting education in different countries may or may not be up to the standard of the USA or Canada.

Generally those with Asian or African degrees or from programs anywhere that did not make heavy use of computers will have a much harder time finding a good position. As well, each student should have had their own personal computer while being educated to have a better chance.
