The Keto Diet can make you sick if you do the Keto diet too long or too often or you don't follow the Keto Diet completely and complete it like you're supposed too.

The Keto Diet does help with weight loss and for cleansing your body of toxins but it can make you sick.

You can sometimes get the Keto Flu from the Keto Diet.

The Keto Flu is described as flu-like symptoms that start soon after a person cuts carbohydrates largely out of their diet.

Some other symptoms that you can have with the Keto Flu are nausea, stomach pain, cramping, and constipation, as well, due to the diet's high-fat and low-fiber makeup.

If you think you're becoming sick from the Keto Diet you should stop the Keto Diet and speak with your doctor or go to urgent care if the symptoms start to get worse.
