Yes getting exercise as in regular exercise and walking as much as possible can help with the venous insufficiency as the walking will help to increase your blood flow.

Some other things that can help with the venous insufficiency are wearing compression socks and keeping your legs elevated which helps to reduce swelling and increase your blood flow as well.

Besides exercise some other things that can help with venous insufficiency are Sclerotherapy, medications and even surgery for the venous insufficiency which is known as Subfascial endoscopy perforator surgery.

But exercise and those medications can help with the venous insufficiency however without the surgery it cannot be cured all the way.

Sometimes the venous insufficiency can be cured however not all cases of venous insufficiency can be cured.
