Yes breathing in air fresheners is actually no good for your health and can cause breathing problems including lung disease and COPD.

Air fresheners help your home smell good however you're actually harming your health when you spray or use air freshener on a regular basis in your home.

That air freshener contains chemicals that are no good to breathe in so I would avoid using any air fresheners if possible.

I never used air freshener because actually I can't stand the smell and prefer to have open windows to have fresh air actually freshen the indoor air.

I can't hardly breathe when I'm in a house where someone has sprayed or used air fresheners and I hate those automatic air fresheners that spray out when you go near it such as in the bathroom and then when you move around the air freshener sprays.

I start coughing when I breathe those in or any other air fresheners.

Air fresheners can actually aggravate existing allergies and worsen asthma as well so if you already have asthma or allergies then you should avoid using air fresheners.
