A good easy and natural way of treating and getting rid of eczema on your legs and other parts of your body is to draw a bath of water and then add some oatmeal or baking soda to the bath water.

Then soak in the oatmeal or baking soda bath for an hour or two hours and do that daily or every few days and within a few weeks or so the eczema should go away.

You can also massage some coconut oil onto the eczema which helps to keep your skin hydrated and then eczema will eventually go away within a month or two months of applying the coconut oil a few times per day to your legs where the eczema is.

Coconut oil also has anti-inflammatory properties and helps protect the skin so the eczema will go away and you will prevent future eczema outbreaks by applying the coconut oil daily.

Apple Cider Vinegar can also help to treat eczema but I would also recommend bathing in some oatmeal or baking soda at least once every few days and apply the coconut oil to help speed up the treatment of the eczema.
