Some marriage counselors may think that divorce is a good option for the couple who they are working with.

However marriage counselors will never suggest divorce as it would not be good for ethical reasons so they keep their opinion to themselves.

If a marriage counselor ever suggested divorce then it would raise some ethical and moral concerns and risk the job of the marriage counselor.

So if the marriage counselor is a professional then they will keep their opinion to themselves even though they may be thinking that divorce would be a good option they will likely never say anything about it.

There job is to mainly help you with the marriage and hopefully keep your marriage together to prevent divorce.

There are different cases. Divorce is a complex topic and few people compromise. I personally like the option when you turn the page and look for another girlfriend.
