After you have prostate removal done and no longer have your prostate you can still have an enjoyable orgasm.
However once your prostate has been removed you can no longer have ejaculation when you have sex or masturbate but the orgasm will still feel very good and be very pleasurable.
To be able to ejaculate sperm you need to have your prostate gland or seminal vesicles inside your body and without the prostate gland or seminal vesicles no ejaculation will happen.
Sometimes you may experience urine leakage after sex or masturbation which is normal however not all men will experience that urine leakage.
You can still live a very normal and healthy life without your prostate but you just won't be able to ejaculate after prostate removal.
