Yes Tide To Go will remove blood stains from clothes as long as the blood stain hasn't been allowed to sit and dry out too long.
I've had good luck using Tide To Go to remove a blood stain that hadn't sat in the clothing too long and it took a few tries to get the blood stain out with the Tide To Go but it did work.
Although Tide To Go is really only made for removing food stains from clothing it can still remove some other stains if you give it a few tries and don't let the blood stain sit in the clothes for too long.
Using some hydrogen peroxide to get rid of blood stains also works well.
Apply the hydrogen peroxide to the blood stain and let it sit for awhile and then use a toothbrush or other scrub brush to scrub the blood stain out.
Then place the clothing into the washing machine and wash it like normal.
You can also scrub out the blood stain with aspirin or baking soda.
